More than software: why we join your team during execution

Many software projects follow the same pattern. A supplier demonstrates a system, a contract is signed, the system is configured and goes live, and the supplier moves on to the next customer. If it fits your way of working, great. If it does not, your team adapts to the software, or quietly goes back to its spreadsheets.

For turnarounds and shutdowns that model falls short. The real test of any tool is not the go-live date. It is the night shift in week two of the turnaround, when a scope change comes in, a supervisor needs a different view and a technician cannot find the right package. That is why we work differently.

It starts with a conversation, not a demo

Before we talk about apps, we talk about your process. We sit down with the people who actually run the work: planners, work preparers, supervisors and sometimes the technicians in the field. What works well today? Where does time get lost? Where do things go wrong, and why?

Those conversations often bring up things nobody had written down: double work between departments, information that is typed over from one system to another, approvals that wait for someone who is never at their desk. That is where the real gains are.

Improving the process comes first

A digital version of a messy process is still a messy process. So before anything is built, we sharpen the process together with you. Clearer steps, clearer roles, less double work. Sometimes that alone already saves a lot of time. Only then do we decide what the app needs to do.

Then we build the app that fits

Often one of our existing apps is a good starting point, configured to your steps and your terminology. Sometimes the best answer is something new. Either way, the app is built inside your own Microsoft tenant, on Microsoft Power Platform. There is no new software package to install; your users work with a Power Apps license. Once we have your data and access, an app is live within five weeks.

We are there when it counts

During turnarounds and shutdowns we are often on site with your team. Not to watch from a distance, but to help. We answer questions in the field, support planners and supervisors when the pressure is on, and adjust the app where needed while the work is running.

Being there also teaches us a lot. We see how the app is really used, where people get stuck and what they need next. That goes straight into the next improvement.

And we stay after the turnaround

A support agreement keeps your apps running and growing as your operations change. New sites, new processes, new people: the apps change with them. And whatever happens, your data stays in your own environment, also if you ever decide to stop working with us.

What you can hold us to

We keep our promise simple. The price we agree is the price you pay. What we agree with you is what we deliver, and that is always our first priority.
