Works with SAP, Maximo, Primavera P6 and the tools you already use

No new system next to your systems. Your app connects to what you have, in your own Microsoft tenant, so data is entered once and used everywhere.

One connected picture

Your systems stay. The app connects them.

Your app runs on Microsoft Power Platform in your own tenant and talks to the systems you already use. Data comes in where it lives and goes back where it belongs, so nobody has to type the same thing twice.

What we connect

What flows where

SAP

Notifications, work orders, equipment and function locations come in. Status, hours and progress go back, so SAP stays up to date without retyping.

Maximo

Work orders and assets come in from Maximo. Progress and close-out flow back when the work is done.

Primavera P6

Import and export through XER, including actual hours back to P6. Only your schedulers need a Primavera P6 license. Everyone else views schedules and reports progress in the app. Need licenses? We arrange them through our official licensing partner.

Excel

Start from the lists you already have. Import them once, and export reports whenever you need them, instead of emailing versions around.

Microsoft Teams

Notifications, approvals and the app itself right inside Teams, where your people already work.

SharePoint

Documents, drawings and work package printouts stored in your own SharePoint, linked to the right job.

Power BI

Dashboards and S-curves on the same data the app uses, so management and the field look at the same numbers.

Azure

The AI processing for AI Work Preparation and the Calculation App runs on Azure, in your own subscription or through ours, billed per use.

How it works

How a connection is set up

Not on the list? If a system has an API, a file export or a database, we can usually connect it. Ask us.

  1. 1

    We map your data

Which fields, which direction and how often. We look at what you have and what the app needs.

  2. 2

    We connect

With standard Microsoft connectors where they exist, or with your API, file exports or database.

  3. 3

    We test with real data

Before go-live we run the connection with your own data, so the numbers match on day one.

Which systems do you run?

Tell us what you use today. We show you how the app fits in, and what stays exactly where it is.
