When companies hear the word software, they usually picture a new system. Another login for everyone, another vendor to manage, another place where company data is stored, often on servers nobody in the company has ever seen. And when the contract ends, the question is always what happens to all that data.
Our apps work differently. We do not ask you to move into our system. We build inside the Microsoft environment you already have.
What running in your own tenant means
Most organisations already use Microsoft 365: Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel. All of that runs in what Microsoft calls a tenant, your organisation's own secure Microsoft environment. Every app we build runs on Microsoft Power Platform inside that tenant.
In practice that means there is no new software package to buy or install. Your users need a Power Apps license. The apps use the same accounts and security your IT department already manages, and access rights follow your own standards.
Your data stays yours
Because the apps run in your tenant, your data does too. Work packages, schedules, inspection results, photos and reports are stored in your own environment, in Dataverse or SharePoint, not on our servers. That stays true if you ever decide to stop working with us. You own what we build.
For many industrial companies this is not a detail. Data about plants, equipment and turnarounds is sensitive, and IT and security teams rightly want to know where it lives. With our apps the answer is simple: in your own Microsoft environment.
No vendor lock-in
Traditional software often locks you in twice: in its way of working and in its data. Our apps are built around your processes, and they live in your environment. If your operations change, the apps change with them.
Familiar for your teams
Because everything runs on Microsoft, the apps feel familiar. They open where your teams already work, for example straight from Microsoft Teams, and they work on desktop, tablet and phone. That keeps training short and helps people actually use the app, which in the end is what makes the difference.
Connected to the systems you already use
Your tenant is also the natural place to connect your other systems. Our apps connect to SAP, Maximo, Primavera P6, Excel and SharePoint, so information comes together in one place instead of being copied from one system to the next.
Live within five weeks
Building on Power Platform also means we can move quickly. Once we have your data and access, an app is live within five weeks. After that, a support agreement keeps it running and growing as your needs change.
